I was in twice this week for different Audi’s. Q5 for its free 1st service. Got a 2021 Q3 loaner. The day after with my eTron for a Service Campaign. Unfortunately, they ran out of Audi loaners. Easy and convenient experience for something that needed immediate tending to in my A4. In and out in an hour. My service rep Carlos Lazo was attentive and informative and good to his word. And with the Covid surge in Los Angeles, the extraordinary attention to sanitizing and social distancing was a big relief. We went to the Service Department because a warning light came on regarding a back tire. We had purchased extra coverage for tires and small dents. There was a large screw in the tire. They replaced the tire for free and gave us a loner car so we could grab a bite to eat. The cost of the tire was over $500 but having the extra coverage that charge was waived. Very congenial personnel and huge service facility for Beverly Hills Audi. They also washed our car. All we had to do was jump in our new Q8 and drive home.

The service was outstanding. My service rep (Ken) was super helpful, personable and clear in his communication. Because they were out of loaner cars, I was given a rental, and that experience was quick and painless. The diagnosis came in within a few hours, and when it appeared that the parts would take a few days, I was upgraded to a great loaner Audi. The next day, my car was ready - the parts came in early and Ken was able to get extra hands on the job. Overall, the best dealer experience Ive ever had.

I took my 2019 Q7 into the service centre after noticing a small leak coming from my rear windshield. After a car wash, water was dripping on the inside of the window. When I arrived and told my service provider about the issue, he immediately told me they would do everything they could to replicate the issue, pinpoint the cause, and fix it as soon as possible.
