Normally I do not go to any dealers away from where I live. But they had the car I wanted and a dealer trade I believed was not going to work. I reached out to them and the deal I had was not only matched but they even did better. Everything worked out great. Thank you to the team. My only issue was the car I picked up did not have any gas in the tank. Whoops...its electric now. No gas station visits. YEAH.

My experience here was exceptional! Booking an appointment online was a breeze, the facility is immaculate and sanitary, and the staff make you feel right at home. My vehicle was in for service as well as a few minor repairs and I was given a loaner car for the duration of the repairs. My loaner car was just as immaculate as the service facility and it felt as though every inch of it had be cleaned and sanitized prior to me receiving it.
George is not my normal service person, as Ken was away. George saw that the appointment scheduled for me was too late on Christmas Eve and took the initiative to call me, noticing the error, so that he could fit me in that day. He was great!

We went to the Service Department because a warning light came on regarding a back tire. We had purchased extra coverage for tires and small dents. There was a large screw in the tire. They replaced the tire for free and gave us a loner car so we could grab a bite to eat. The cost of the tire was over $500 but having the extra coverage that charge was waived. Very congenial personnel and huge service facility for Beverly Hills Audi. They also washed our car. All we had to do was jump in our new Q8 and drive home.
