What an incredibly disgusting experience. You would think having high class clientele would create a decent dealership. There are no better than the worst used car salesman. I tried to buy a car from them. Had to deal with three different people. They were completely unresponsive. They advertised the car and wouldn’t honor the price. BAIT AND SWITCH! Do not go to this dealership and waste your time. I spent 3 hours that I’ll never get back. I spoke numerous times to the sales rep Michael Lugo. He kept trying to get me to come in and I refused until he confirmed he could get the exact vehicle I was interested in the price range I was comfortable with. I emailed him 2 days before the appointment to cancel because my boss hit my car. He told me not to waste money w repairs and to quote him “Honestly, this may actually work in your favor more than you think.” He went on to say this is the “smarter path than putting additional money into a vehicle you’re already planning to turn in.” After 3 hours, we worked a deal for a different car then I originally planned on due to Michael lying about the range. I agreed to the car they presented, filled out all the forms and then was told I would be responsible for fees associated with repairs when they turn my car into Audi. Then they presented the craziest idea…. For me to keep my old car AND get a new one. Therefore I would have to insure 2 vehicles while the repairs are done. This would be 1,000 per month to insure 2 cars. So it would be that expense plus the down payment. Most people can’t be out that kind of money and maneuver 2 cars .My sister warned me about this dealership and I should have listened . They told me the online sales people don’t know what they’re talking about….yet they know enough to lure someone in to waste time. What a joke, scam and waste of time. I replied that "it could end up being that we're just too far apart price wise to get a deal done, so I don't think it makes sense to waste anyone's time by meeting in person before we've agreed on pricing and payments." I went so far as to ask him point blank - "are you not able to send a lease quote over email?" He completely ignored my question & doubled down on trying to get me to physically come in with this: "If you give us 30 minutes of your time here in store it will be no waste of time. One of 2 things will happen, you will either buy the vehicle you want at an amazing price, or we will give you a plan of action so you know how you'd like to proceed." What a load. Plan of action?? You mean "put more money down to lower the payment" or "go look elsewhere". Didn't need him for that. What I did need was to know what I'd be expected to pay. I wasn't even sure what car we were discussing since I never got an answer on if the car I asked about was leaseable, especially when he also mentioned a potential new car without any specificity. I reminded him that "if you are unable to provide me a lease quote without having me be physically present in your dealership then I'll have to look elsewhere." Instead of responding to that, he pushed harder to get me to come in with this nonsense - Pulled directly from the 10th back and forth email: "We are not the #1 Audi dealership by wasting peoples time [the irony of this being the 10th email in the chain was lost on him]. I'm confident we can help you save thousands like we do with everyone of our guests. Our prices are listed online with lease deals at around $399 monthly [I never saw any $399 lease deal]. If you want a custom deal as you've requested, we can do that for you. All we ask is **mutual commitment** [stars are mine] to have you here to build a custom program. The vehicle you inquired on is leasable [took him 10 emails to finally answer my 1st question]. Our new Q3's will not be far off in regards to price, which is why I asked. When's the earliest you can meet with us to help with the next steps? [Back to pushing for me to come there in person, still ignoring my direct question asking if he simply was not able to provide me a quote over email]" Anyway, I corrected him on a few points. This is my reply in it's entirety: "$399 for a base trim is not the same as $399 for a premium plus trim. Likewise, $399 with $5,000 due at signing is not the same as $399 with only $399 due at signing. And what the xxxx is this "mutual commitment" *baloney [*not the word I used] you're talking about?? I don't owe you anything just like you don't owe me anything. You sell cars and I'm looking to lease one, if you don't want to lease me a car, then say so...the commitment comes after a price is quoted and agreed upon, not before. Or do you expect me to promise to lease a car with you regardless of what the payment might actually end up being assuming you ever actually decided to reveal it to me?!! - Here you go: $899 per month - well, I guess since I committed to it beforehand then I have to pay that price now. Sorry, doesn't work like that. So yeah, if you're making it this difficult to do something as simple as providing me a quote then I'm just gonna go ahead and look elsewhere." I'm still in shock that the #1 Audi Dealership which has an impressive Service location- did something that no other dealership that I've worked with has done. An employee took my RS eTron GT Project_513/2 home to Arcadia overnight. 31 miles 1 way. The only way I knew this was thru my Audi app where I could see where my car was at 1030p. My car was in for no side AC vents working and some Bluetooth issues. And despite a sign in the car that says NO CAR WASH. NO TEST DRIVES- except for diagnostics. The service advisor messaged me in the morning stating that only the shop foreman was able to take the car home and it was for "diagnostics" so I "authorized" it. That's not how I see this situation- esp this was NOT a drivetrain issue where road testing my be required. And certainly not 62 miles round trip and running battery down to 4%. Since I used the pick up and home delivery service- I was out of town for work- I did ask for a copy of the invoice to see what was done before the car was returned. That request was ignored. I would have had them keep the car a little longer and correctly try to troubleshoot the Bluetooth issue since the tech's notation were clear that he didn't understand the problem. The Bluetooth issue persists after 10 days in there and now one of the Drivers Assistance functions no longer works. Service advisor (and subsequently today GM) were notified. Additional star for the Home Delivery and Pickup and Return service. Wish I could rate them higher, but if the dealership allows employees to take customers cars home overnight- this is not a dealership that I would want to have my RS eTron GT Project 513/2 serviced. [Think Ferris Buehler's Day Off!]

I had a very pleasant experience at the Beverly Hills Audi. The Senior sales manager Syed Ali and his team were fantastic. I was searching for cars the other night and made an appointment to test drive the next day, Ali called and text me to ensure I was booked for test drive and gave me a reminder text message again. Mr. Ali was very responsive and timely followed up on my request. While I was waiting for the car to be ready, Imad, sales consultant showed up and made my mind so easy checking the inventories and answered all my questions. Imad was such an amazing person who was very kind and knowledgeable about the cars. While I was waiting, Imad made me feel very comfortable for me not to worry about anything. Imad assisted me test drive and explained very thoroughly about the car. Then the new consultant (sorry I forgot his name, he worked with Imad & Ali) helped me for another test driving with the different car. He explained very well when I asked many questions while test drove, and helped me for application process/Audi registration. He checked on me often basis if I needed anything such as water or coffee or snacks while I was waiting for the credit application, and brought me coffee 3 times & waters too, which was so nice of him. I felt very welcomed & comfortable throughout the whole time while I was there. I was still hesitant to do the contract due to the budget matter but Ali helped the process and made it work so I was able to make a decision. The finance manager (sorry forgot his name too but I nicknamed him- Audi Care.., it’s a long story lol.. he was another nice guy) helped me thoroughly for the paperwork process while he was explaining very in detail so I could understand each section on the contract. He was very patient and even funny so that I could forget about long hours of tiredness. I appreciate his being patient answering my questions while I was asking a bunch of questions. He even researched to answer my questions so that there was no misunderstanding. Even if the financing manager explained a lot, I was still indecisive for the additional options that would be needed, Ali showed up, explained again and made it work for me. The team was truly fantastic and the experience that I had with the them was the best one that I had in any other dealerships previously. They were very professional, listening, patient and kind. I recommend this Beverly Hills Audi to the anyone who is interested in Audi. You will never regret to come by here. Just to let you know that I rarely do the reviews unless I truly feel that I feel like leaving a review, which tells you that how great my experience was with this team. NIGHTMARE FROM xxxx CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE. Situation we’ve been going through the last 60 hours is unresolved. The car we purchased on 12/31 issued us an emergency "electrical system malfunction" alert in the afternoon on 1/1 (less than 20hours off the lot). Audi Roadside assistance is the first pain we had to deal with. We had to wait 2.5hrs for a tow truck in the middle of Los Angeles. Other services would have been faster but we were told that using an outside roadside option could affect our warranty coverage. They had to store the car overnight at their facility but the car was not delivered to Audi BH service until noon the next day. I had to spend an additional 3 hours on the phone with Audi just to make sure the car was delivered. Car was finally delivered with a nice big hole in the bumper from the tow truck. In the meantime, we contacted the dealership and let them know what was happening. They were polite enough, but all they did was send us an Uber to get a ride home which did not work so we had to wait and order one ourselves. The next morning NO ONE from the dealership reached out to me at all in regards to the issue at hand. I sent emails and made phone calls to every manager I knew of and continued to get the run around. I finally got a call late in the day saying they were looking into it, but no one was able to get us a loaner or connect us to any of their managers. The following day (today) I received one email from customer support saying they were looking into things after my 5th email and Nth call. No one called me back. I called again and was connected to my original sales associate who has the day off and cannot make any decisions on this. Then, the service department called me to let me know they could not find the car and was I sure it was delivered? Yes, I am sure because I had multiple people confirm it the previous day. Another call, yes they do have the car and have started assessing the vehicle but are totally unaware of what problem we were having and the damage from the tow truck. I call again, ask for the general manager, am put on hold for 15 minutes and then transferred to a customer support representative. I explain the entire situation to her for what at this point is probably the 15th time I've gone over it with whoever is on the phone. She says she'll connect with Steven and Nadia and the service department and get back to me. Crickets. I truly cannot emphasize enough how horrible this dealership is. Company wide incompetence and the worst customer service I've ever experienced anywhere. I'll add, the minute I had signed the paperwork for the extended warranty the finance manager told me to sell the car the day the warranty expires implying the car is basically a hunk of junk. These people are crooks. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!

Upon purchasing Audi Q8 from this dealer, I was unequivocally guaranteed that every system and part had undergone rigorous testing and was functioning flawlessly prior to sale. Alas, a mere 5 days into my journey with the car, it abruptly ceased to function in the middle of the freeway. By some divine grace, I narrowly avoided a calamitous accident, managing to drift perilously to the safety of the roadside—fortuitously, it was night. Consequently, I endured an entire night stranded on the freeway, languishing for a staggering 6 hours as I awaited the arrival of a tow truck. Following that ordeal, I was marooned at the service station for an additional 3 hours, only to be informed that my car would be whisked away for several days of repairs—with no replacement vehicle offered. When I endeavored to contact the service department to inquire about obtaining a substitute car during the repair period, I was met with a maddening maze of transferred calls and unanswered questions. TERRIBLE SERVICE. TERRIBLE DEALER. I STRONGLY CAUTION AGAINST ENGAGING WITH THEM.

The sales staff was great. Cedric did a great job of keeping me updated and making me feel very supported. Ali did a good job in holding the line and was as flexible as he could be. From the dealership standpoint, initially I had a very bad impression due to what seemed like a bait-&-switch tactic. I was lured into the dealership when they shared the window sticker with me, and then, one I arrived, I was told there was a $15k markup over sticker on the car. Really bad sales practice.

I have been leasing Audi's for over 15 years. I have generally had good experiences particularly with the service departments. This most recent visit has been astoundingly bad. My car has 3500 miles on it. I brought it in for it's first service. They had it for 4 days and when I picked it up, they gave me back a car that was absolutely filthy. When I complained they said they would wash it if I wanted to wait another half hour, which I didn't have time for. The check engine light came on 10 minutes after I left, a few days later the oil check light came on and when I pulled over to check it there wasn't a single drop of oil on the dip stick. Luckily, I had oil in my trunk and was able to add oil and then drove it back to the dealership. They then had my car for another 5 days and never bothered to call me to tell me what was going on, when I try calling them, they are impossible to reach. When I asked the operator who answered, why they won't pick up the phone in the service department, he was rude and said they have high call volume. For the prices they charge, maybe they should trying hiring a few more people. I see I'm not the only one who is complaining about not being able to reach the service department after multiple phone calls and poor service. Sadly, this place has really gone down hill. I hope this is not the post-pandemic norm.

Took my car in twice for the same recall. it was never performed both times. they started it but never finished it. my car had a check engine light it came back on 10 minutes after i left the dealership manager was very rude service adviser never provided any updates or clarification to what was going on.

All in all it was a good experience. People were friendly and they had the one and only car in the Southland with all the features I wanted as well as color. I like the follow up and the friendly service I recieved from everyone I spoke with at the dealership. Daniel took me for a test drive and was also friendly. I do wish though that he knew more about the car and its features. He seemed to be learning things about the car as I was learning and wasnt able to really show me or point out the features of the car, especially the tech stuff. I've been spending the past days going through You Tube videos and the manual itself and playing with the features to find out how eveyrthing works. Instead, when I about the sign the paperwork, I discovered the car was actually drove off the dealer for few days before unwinding the vehicle (the entire story was told by another sales manager, and Michael was trying to cover these story up to push me sign the paperwork ASAP). 3) Michael also lied about vehicle warranty. Michael told me the warranty is starting at the point of my purchase. Instead, the warranty is started almost 2 months ago. I will ask my friends and family to avoid Audi Beverly Hills for any purchase and services. I deeply disappointed for my purchase experience.

After this I referred him with some friends and clients and they don’t regret it. Last weekend, me and my family went to get our new car and the customer service was beyond our expectations. They made sure we were taking the car we wanted and the one we needed. As I consider myself, a complicated client, Brian was really patient with me and took the time to explain all the features on my new Q5e. He showed utter professionalism and as a sales professional he has a great future. Moreover, Michael and Hessam did everything in their power for me to get to a great deal according to my finances.
