Meet Your New Service Manager: Andrew Neal
There is something about Andrew Neal. In 2002, he joined the automotive business and has enjoyed being an active member of the business for the past seventeen years. Mr. Neal has been a Service Advisor and Service Manager at Sears, a Service Advisor at Chevy, and a Service Advisor at Volkswagen. For Audi Beverly Hills, Andrew has been a Service Advisor, the Service Drive Manager and now has his biggest role yet: The Service Manager of Audi Beverly Hills. With this experience, Andrew understands the importance of feedback and actively incorporating the recommendations at the Service Center. Plus, he knows the positive impact Eric Smith, who has since moved to our sister store Fletcher Jones Motorcars in Newport Beach, had on the store and plans to continue that. Andrew explained how this position has given him the platform to make a difference with the team, who in turn, make a difference with our guests. Mr. Neal also enjoys the interactions he has with our guests and is driven about establishing a family culture at Audi Beverly Hills.
